Curry Chicken Bake

Chicken is the perfect protein to try new things and also all time favorite.

INGREDIENTS:

Chicken Pieces (with skin)

Mild curry powder

Black pepper

Salt

Lime juice

Coriander powder

Chat masala

Garam masala

Cinnamon powder

White Pepper

Olive oil

Minced ginger and garlic

METHOD:

1.  Marinate the chicken with all the above ingredients and chill it for 2 hours

2. Bake it for 180'c for 40 to 50 mintues


DIP for the Curry Chicken Bake

1. Mix greek yougart and mango chutney for perfect dip with the dish
