Finger Food Suggestions for Toddlers

BANANAS:

They are high in calcium and so soft to dig in :)


SOFT TORTILLAS PIECES:

This item is easily available and good for babies and also easily digestible.




OLIVES:

There are seed less olives are available in super markets they are suitable for babies.


SWEET CORNS:

Sweet corns are all time favorite and easy to buy.



BOILED EGGS:

Eggs are also good for breakfast and for school lunch boxes.



BREAD STICKS:

These are also good for teething babies as they feel relax to have some thing in their gums to prevent the itching and pain.



 SHREDDED CHICKEN:

Simple bake the chicken thighs with salt and pepper ( because thigh part as soft and tasty) and shred it.



POPCORN: 

Just buy some packets of microwave popcorn and prepare the food in 3 to 4 mints but make sure don't buy buttery or spicy once just go for natural flavor.

CEREALS:

Cereals are good for breakfast but don't buy chocolate cereals or colorful cereals just go for corn or wheat cereals.


LOW FAT CHEESE SLICES:

Cheese is so soft and salty so the baby can feel some change in his/her taste buds.


BOILED LENTILS:

They are healthy and easy i usually use red lentils because they are light and immediately cooked.
