BBQs and Grill : Green Chicken

 This dish is very light and easy to make and the ingredients are really so simple you can bake it , grill it and also prepare it in the pot with gravy.

INGREDIENTS:

Chicken pieces

Coriander

Mint leaves

Yougart

Fresh cream

Salt

Black Pepper

Green chilies

Lemon juice

White pepper

Olive Oil

Ginger

Garlic

METHOD:

1. Grind coriander , mint leaves , green chilies , ginger and garlic together

2. Add salt , black pepper , lemon juice , white pepper and yougart

3. Marinate the chicken with it for 2 to 4 hours

4. Now it is your choice to bake it with olive oil or grill it

5. Serve it with naan or chapati and  salad



For Gravy

1. Take a pot and add olive oil

2. Blend onions and add in to the pot

3. After the onions get soften add the marinated chicken and cook it

4. Serve it with rice or naan
