Winter Teas

MASALA TEA:

First of all prepare the masala for the tea for this you will need some cardamoms,star anise,cinnamon,cloves and fennel seeds grind all these ingredients together and then heat the water in the kettle and put some regular tea and sugar simmer it well and then add the masala bring 2 to 3 boils and then add milk.


GINGER TEA:

Heat the water with sliced ginger and honey bring 2 to 3 boils and remove from the stove and serve if you wish you can also squeeze a lemon.


CARDAMOM TEA:

Heat the water with pitched cardamoms and honey as per your taste bring boils and serve for the change your can add some mint leaves also.


You can also use cardamoms in regular tea for better taste add cardamoms when you add all the elements of regular tea.

CINNAMON TEA:

Simmer some water first and then add some cinnamon powder , honey and regular tea bring boils and serve.
