In the past, there were no beauty salons and our grandmothers and great-grandmothers so they made their own remedies with the help of natural ingredients. For that purpose, we’ve prepared one of the most beneficial natural ingredients that can cleanse your skin of all impurities, especially if you’re prone to acne and skin spots. Let’s take a look:

Berry juice

You need to squeeze the juice of one handful of fresh berries. You can use any type of berries. Next, soak gauze in the juice and apply it onto the affected area and leave it for 15 minutes. Then remove it and rinse the face.

Baking soda

Drop several drops of water to a bit of baking soda and mix the content to get a paste. Then, apply it onto the affected areas of the face and gently massage it for a minute or two. At the end, rinse the face.

Lemon juice

Make a mixture of sour cream and lemon juice in 1:1 ratio and then apply it onto affected areas. Leave it on for 15 minutes and then rinse the face.

Garlic

Chop half a clove of garlic and rub it gently onto the problematic areas of the face, several times per day.

Zinc and selenium

Skin spots can often be a consequence of zinc and selenium deficiency. Namely, in order to increase their level in the body and reduce the skin spots on your face, you should eat more oats, dry fruits, milk, fish, seafood, liver, sesame, corn, and lentils.
